FAMN – French Automotive & Mobility Network<\/a> share its experience and publishes a couple of recommendations regarding skills challenges for the automotive sector.<\/p>\n

Through this document, we underline 3 key points:<\/p>\n

1\ufe0f\u20e3 Elaborate a Europe-wide State-of-Play on upcoming trends and future skills needs for our sector
\n2\ufe0f\u20e3 Invest more in training and skills development
\n3\ufe0f\u20e3 Strengthen collaboration and synergies between players (from industrials to academics) and between policy levels (local, national, EU)<\/p>\n

FAMN<\/a>\u00a0shares the EU Green Deal vision and promotes a transition towards a greener & more connected industry.<\/p>\n
